These terms apply to this website, run by the KôldBrue team, and to the scratch-card offer.
This is a pre-launch website for KôldBrue, an oat milk latte with 5g creatine, 20g protein and 20g collagen per 250 ml can, launching in Spain and Germany. Nothing is sold on this site yet.
Joining is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. You are on the list once you have confirmed your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Organiser: the KôldBrue team (info@kolddrinks.com).
Who can take part: people aged 18 or over who live in Spain or Germany.
How it works: scratch the card on the website, enter your email address and confirm it using the link we send you. Everyone who takes part gets the same offer — it is not a game of chance.
What you get: 2 cans (250 ml) of KôldBrue, added free of charge to your first order in our online shop after launch. The order itself follows the shop's normal conditions (for example delivery costs).
Limits: one offer per person and per delivery address. The offer is valid for a first order placed within 3 months of the shop opening. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
We may end or change the offer for a good reason (for example if the shop launch is delayed or stock runs out). Anyone who has already confirmed keeps their offer.
Information on this site describes our planned product. It is not medical or nutritional advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a health condition, talk to a doctor before changing your diet.
All texts, images and logos on this site belong to KôldBrue or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
We take care to keep this site accurate, but launch dates, recipes and availability may change before launch. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
