This Privacy Policy explains how MP Trade GmbH ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this pre-launch website. We are preparing to launch kôld BRUE in Spain and Germany, so we've written this with EU/GDPR requirements in mind — but this page uses placeholder company details and should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live for real.

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and the language/locale you submitted it in.
We do not currently use cookies or any other browser tracking technology on this site — we don't set any cookies, and our analytics (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you individually across sites.
We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when kôld BRUE launches, and to send occasional pre-launch updates you can opt out of at any time.
Our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form.
Your email is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf under standard data processing agreements — they don't use your data for their own purposes.
We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep waitlist emails until launch plus a reasonable follow-up period, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever is sooner.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent or object to how we use it at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@kolddrinks.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD; in Germany, your state's data protection authority).
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
